You don't have to be an electrician or electrical engineer to play this game, but you need to be a brain-macho, super geek, rocket scientist and Albert Einstein combined. Hey, who said it's going to be easy? Blackout is a very addictive game for Pocket PC that requires instant decision-making and leaves no room for errors. The rules are as follows: The wires have different shapes and need to be rotated to form a closed circuit. Once the circuit is completed (closed), it disappears. This will let you quickly get power back to 100% so that you can proceed to a new level. As you pass from level to level, you will see the power returning back to the city. Can you handle that?..
